How can a young person go about finding and pursuing a successful professional vocation? What should be the right approach and attitude? What is the best advice? And where and how can I find it? Here are some key ideas and practical approaches.
Success in a career doesn’t necessarily means great fame and big money. Of course, money is important but only to a point. It is not really a good thing nor a evil thing to hold. It is just a neutral element that depend alot more on the person who holds it. The more money a good person have, the more freedom and resources that a person can have to do more good things he enjoy doing it.
Real success in work and life means several other things.
> living with a clean conscience before God.
> being able to support yourself and your family comfortably.
> waking up in the morning and looking forward to the day’s work.
> earning the respect of everyone who you love and care about dearly.
> seeing your powers and skills operate for the betterment of others.
> enjoying leisure pursuits thoroughly because you’ve earned them.
The hand of the diligent will rule, while the slothful will be put to forced labor.”

လူငယ်တစ်ဦး သည် အောင်မြင်သောပရော်ဖက်ရှင်နယ်အလုပ်အကိုင် ရှာဖွေခြင်း နှင့် ချဉ်းကပ်ခြင်းကိုမည်သို့လုပ်နိုင်သနည်း? လူငယ်တစ်ယောက်အတွက် အဘယ်အရာသည် မှန်ကန်တဲ့ သဘောထားနှင့် ချဉ်းကပ်မှု ဖြစ်သင့်သနည်း? အကောင်းဆုံး အကြံညဏ်က ဘာဖြစ်မလဲ? ဘယ်မှာသွားရှာရမလဲ? လက်တွေ့ဘ၀မှာ ချဉ်းကပ်ရာမှာ အသုံးချနိုင်တဲ့ အရေးပါတဲ့ အကြံညဏ်များကို ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။
အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းလုပ်ငန်းတစ်ခု၏ အောင်မြင်မှုသည်ကြီးမားသောကျော်ကြားမှုနှင့် ကြီးမားသော ငွေပမာဏကို ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှု ကိုဆိုလိုသည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ ဟုတ်ပါတယ်၊ ပိုက်ဆံဟာ အတိုင်းအတာတစ်ခုအထိသာ အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။ ငွေဟာ လက်၀ယ်ပိုင်ဆိုင်ထားလို့ကောင်းတဲ့ ကောင်းသောအရာမဟုတ်သလို၊ ဆိုးတဲ့အရာလည်းမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။၎င်းသည် ၎င်းကို လက်၀ယ် ကိုင်ထားသူအပေါ်တွင်များစွာမူတည်သော ကြားနေအရာ တစ်ခုမျှသာဖြစ်သည်။ လူကောင်းတစ်ယောက်၌ ငွေများများရှိလေ၊ သူနှစ်သက်သောအရာများကိုလုပ်နိုင်ရန် လွတ်လပ်ခွင့်နှင့်အရင်းအမြစ်များ ပိုမိုများလေလေဖြစ်သည်။
အလုပ်နှင့်ဘဝတွင်စစ်မှန်သောအောင်မြင်မှုသည် ဖော်ပြပါ အရာများကို ဆိုလိုခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။
>ဘုရားသခင်၏ ဆုံးမမှုနှင့် အညီ လိပ်ပြာသန့်သန့်နေထိုင်ခြင်း။
>သင့်ကိုယ်သင်နှင့် သင့်မိသားစုကို သက်တောင့်သက်သာ ထောက်ပံ့နိုင်ခြင်း။
>မနက်ခင်း နိုးထလာသည်နှင့် အလုပ်ကို စိတ်သက်သက်သာသာနှင့် လုပ်နိုင်ခြင်း။
>သင်ချစ်နှစ်သက်သော သူများ၏ ယုံကြည်လေးစားမှုကို ရရှိထားခြင်း။
>သင့်၏ စွမ်းအားနှင့် ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုများသည် အခြားသူများ၏ ကောင်းကျိုးအတွက် စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ခြင်း။
>သင် ဆွတ်ခူးထားသည့် အပန်းဖြေ အနားယူချိန် ကို အေးချမ်းစွာ ခံစားနိုင်ခြင်း။
လုံ့လဝိရိယ ပြုသောသူ သည် အစိုးရတတ်၏။ ပျင်းရိသောသူမူကား၊ အခွန်ပေးရ၏။
