How Can I Plan to STOP It?

As you start down the path to changing your behavior, you will likely experience setbacks and adversity. But as you experience setbacks, you can learn and become stronger. The key is to not give up on yourself and your plans just because you make a mistake or things don’t go as you had hoped.

If you feel unsure about figuring out a plan that will work for you, you can ask God for help, and He will direct you to people who can help you plan and make adjustments.
